I've enjoyed the Banzai an average of once a month for 10 years +. Ted, the owner/sushi chef, specializes in maki (rolls) and creats them to the customers specifications. Over the years he has added the best of his creations to the maki menu, which now lists a couple of hundred rolls. Sit at the sushi bar near the glass refrigerator and watch him work.
